The Mayor's Office is located on the 2nd floor of the Council Building at Winnipeg City Hall, 510 Main Street.

Our office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday, except holidays.

The Office of the Mayor receives many diverse and wide-ranging requests for meetings with community organizations, citizens, dignitaries, and visitors from across the province and around the globe. Mayor Bowman’s schedule is booked well in advance and due to the high volume of requests we receive, meetings in his calendar can take up to two months to schedule. 

As part of Mayor Bowman's commitment to openness and transparency at City Hall, the schedule of meetings (including names of individuals and organizations) hosted in the Office of the Mayor is posted publically on mayorbowman.ca. Mayor Bowman is the first Mayor in the history of the City of Winnipeg to share details of his calendar with the public.

Winnipeg's first voluntary lobbyist registry was recently approved by Council. Anyone wishing to meet with Mayor Bowman is strongly encouraged to review the registry website to determine if they meet the definition of a lobbyist and to register their meeting activity accordingly.
